1) I published my site with Frontpage, but when I try to view it, I see a screen with a file Hierarchy on it.
    A) The files you published did not make it to the needed folder(/public_html). Make sure your remote web server type in Frontpage is set as "Frontpage or Sharepoint Services"

2) I publish by FTP and I can't navigate Cpanel well enough to find out where I need to publish to.
    A) The URL you need to publish to is ftp.(your account).chiefcornstalkdistrict.com. The path you need to publish to is /public_html
